Larry Melocco

Larry Melocco has been a Director of BHA for over 10 years and has over 30 years of Practice Experience in Architecture. His career has been focussed on delivering Public Buildings that enrich the lives of their users through design quality focussed on the user experience and public amenity.

Larry has exceptional Construction knowledge and a capacity to achieve design quality for our Public Clients through a range of procurement processes including traditional Lump Sum to DD& C and Construction management delivery systems.

Larry has a practical approach to project challenges and works pro-actively with all stakeholders to achieve their Project Objectives.

This approach to design quality has also been exemplified in a number of residential commissions where work of exceptional design quality has been delivered on landmark coastal sites.

• North Sydney Olympic Pool Redevelopment: A challenging redevelopment of an historic site to deliver a modern multi pool Aquatic Facility of very high design quality.
